<< BACK Method Various methods for learning and teaching English have been developed (and forgotten) in the past 2000 years. They have been (and still are) given all sorts of funny names. Some methods appear to have a more or less scientific backing. As far as we are informed there doesn't seem to be any scientific proof that one method is better than another.
